Cherie Blakey, 41, was born and raised in the Germantown section of Philadelphia, PA. Having spent much of her travels exploring “locally” with family and friends to the Carolinas, up & down the East Coast and Florida, Cherie attributes the excitement of these places to sparking her love for travel. Cherie is often the planner of most of her family & friends’ vacations, spending time researching fabulous and affordable accommodations that meet everyone’s interests.

A single mother of two, a daughter 23 y/o and a son 7 y/o, Cherie juggles her time between motherhood, employment and travel. As her travels began as a young (only) child, Cherie now takes pride in showing her children more of this great big world than what they know today. Cherie shares that she too wants to see more of the world and truly looks forward to discovering new places with her children. Cherie enjoys sightseeing and capturing/creating new memories, as well as exploring new cuisines. A self proclaimed Foodie, Cherie’s most favorite part of traveling is trying different foods and enjoying the feeling of her taste buds dancing from the exciting new flavors.
